Q2. I already subscribe to 1link, why do I need to join Ford Fleet Service Manager™?
 
The Ford Fleet Service Manager™ functionality will only be available to Ford dealers within the Ford Fleet Service Manager™ variant of 1link. The following features will help contribute to business growth:
 
  • Contract tyre prices for certain fleets.
  • Ability to capture the appropriate invoice data to generate the tyre management reports required by fleet customers to obtain any rebates they may have negotiated with the tyre manufacturers.
  • Ford Technical Validation which minimises double keying.
  • Fleet National Pricing/Fixed Content Jobs with automatic worksheet population.
  • Supports fleets and dealers that have adopted Fleet National Pricing.
 
Q3. What are the charges associated with the Ford Fleet Service Manager™ variant of 1link?
 

Directory Charges

Although there are no annual subscription charges, epyx Ltd do apply an annual directory entry fee, per dealer site to cover your entry into their official manufacturer's franchise directory representing the Ford brand.

At extra cost, dealers can opt to be included within the 1link national non-franchise repairer directory.

Q4. Will the Ford Fleet Service Manager™ variant of 1link be integrated into any of the dealer management systems?
 
Not at this time. The 1link system is web based making it much easier for dealers to access without the need for dealers to undertake any on site software upgrades.

A one-day training course is offered at the epyx head office in Meriden (near the Birmingham NEC). Should you prefer on site training, epyx will be happy to provide a quote.
